Caernarfon Airworld is situated to the South of the historic town of Caernarfon in North Wales. The airfield has a fantastic range of attractions for all types of visitors.The airfield is licensed for flight training with its own fire service. The airfield cafe keeps the same hours as the airfield.The pleasant surrounding over looking the Snowdonia Mountain range and uncontrolled airspace makes for the ideal location for flight training. Unlike major airports there is no air traffic delays meaning you get more time in the air. At the end of your flight training you will not only be a holder of Private Pilots Licence, you will be the Captain of an Aircraft competent in air navigator, a qualified radio operator and be able to interpret weather reports. You will also be knowledgeable about international aviation law and have a good understanding of the principles of flight, aerodynamics and aircraft engines and systems. We are fully approved by the Civil Aviation Authority, complying with all safety and insurance regulations.
